Ruush Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Before placing an order, please go through our exchange and return policies carefully.

Returns

  • We do not accept any returns or cancellations once the order has been placed. 
  • Exchanges and alterations cannot be done on custom made orders.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving an order.
  • Send an email to shop@ruush.in with order ID and phone number to initiate exchange.
  • Exchange will be initiated once the package returned is received at the warehouse.
  • In case of non availability of the item purchased, store credit will be issued. No refunds available.
  • The item received will be checked for any damages. Exchange is possible if the original item is in the same condition as when received with tags intact.
  • Reverse pick up will have to be done by the customer and the charges for the same will be refunded once the product is received at the warehouse. 

Damages and issues 

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Email at shop@ruush.in with photos with the courier packaging and within 24 hours.
  • Once the issue is reviewed, the outfit has to be returned by the customer (return charges will be refunded). After we receive the item, customer can either opt for an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit.
  • Refunds cannot be processed for damaged goods.

In the case of product being notified as delivered by the courier partner but no item received, please notify us within 24 hours. Further delay does not guarantee resolution from our side as tracking the parcel becomes difficult.
